Collect the Depleted Gland near Nameless Pass in the Withered Shoals, the Thawed Gland from the eastern Corrupt Gate route near the Abbey and Valley of the Revered, and the Faded Gland below Citadel Annex in the southern Faded Capital. These are not Revered Glands. After collecting all three, call Night Mode through Thestus and offer them at the corpse on the upper floor of Forgotten Tower, west of Sester's Beacon, to receive Seedbearer's Scripture.

Start from Nameless Pass, move toward Ruk, drop down and turn back toward the torch and bone arm.
Inside the eastern Corrupt Gate route, search the narrow side room with the statue and Martyr's Ash pickups.
From Citadel Annex, turn back and drop into the lower enemy area rather than continuing upward.
Offer all three at Forgotten Tower for Seedbearer's Scripture.
Do this first
- Check the inventory names; Revered Glands do not count for this route.
- Collect Depleted near Nameless Pass in Withered Shoals.
- Collect Thawed from the statue room in the eastern Revered route.
- Collect Faded below Citadel Annex in the southern Faded Capital.
- Ask Thestus to Call Forth the Night at Marrow Keep.
- Reach the upper floor of Forgotten Tower and offer all three to receive Seedbearer's Scripture.
Depleted Gland near Nameless Pass
Enter the Withered Shoals and reach the Nameless Pass Beacon. Continue toward Ruk on the rock, drop to the lower surface, then turn around instead of pushing toward the boss route. Current walkthroughs place the pickup in a bone arm beside a burning torch.
Thawed Gland in the eastern Corrupt Gate
Use the Corrupt Gate near the Abbey and follow the Valley of the Revered route. Watch for a narrow opening into a statue room lined with Martyr's Ash pickups. The Thawed Gland rests on the stone pedestal at the far end; it is easy to miss if combat pulls you past the opening.
Faded Gland below Citadel Annex
Travel through the Faded Capital at the southern end of the map until you reach Citadel Annex. Turn around from the Beacon and drop into the lower area instead of climbing. Clear the dual-sword enemies before searching so the pickup interaction is not hidden by the fight.
Offer all three during Night Mode
Call forth the night through Thestus, then travel to Forgotten Tower west of Sester's Beacon. Reach its upper floor and interact with the corpse or remains used by the three-part offering. After Depleted, Thawed and Faded have all been handed over, the route awards Seedbearer's Scripture.
Glands versus Revered Glands
The quest items are named Depleted Gland, Thawed Gland and Faded Gland. Revered Glands improve Mether's Pulse capacity at a Beacon and do not satisfy this offering. If no prompt appears, check both the world state and all three exact inventory names before reporting a bug.
If the offering prompt is missing
First confirm Night Mode is active. Then check that you reached the upper Forgotten Tower interaction rather than a nearby landmark. Finally, revisit each Corrupt Gate route and confirm no named Gland remains uncollected. Return to daylight only after the reward is in your inventory.
