• Platform and build string shown in the pause menu
• What you expected and what happened
• Steps that reproduce the result
• An official post, platform page, clear screenshot, or video when available

Privacy and media requests

Identify the page and the specific image, data, or processing concern. Do not send game-account passwords, payment details, identity documents, or unrelated personal information.

Bug reports belong with the developer

This site cannot patch the game or recover account data. Use the official Mortal Shell community and the Steam bug-report forum for game defects; use this page only for errors in our published guide.
